Each week opens with recorded modules (unless the module is marked “live”) and closes with a live Q&A so you can apply the material to your real work and business questions. If you can’t attend live, you can submit questions in advance and watch the replay later. Replays are transcribed and searchable for easy reference. Get a clear foundation in group mechanics and how different group sizes function. You’ll learn what makes a group stable, what each structure is designed to do materially, and how to work more effectively inside it. This week clarifies the essential ingredients required for sustainable collaboration.
Go deeper into small-group mechanics by studying the Penta (the transauric form created by 3–5 people). You’ll learn how the Gates and Channels act as the Penta’s “life force,” and how your own activations indicate the skills you naturally bring to a team. The outcome is clearer role-fit, cleaner teamwork, and more efficient collaboration.
Learn how Profile shapes your natural role, behavior patterns, and the kinds of responsibilities that fit you best. You’ll explore all 12 Profiles through a work lens, including how they contribute, learn, relate, and lead. This week helps you align your role with your design and collaborate more intelligently with others.
Begin the Profit Centers framework by focusing on the open/undefined Pressure Centers (Root and Head) and the specific ways they can create value. You’ll learn the Money Lines connected to these centers and how to recognize what you can “profit through” when you stop running Not-Self pressure. The emphasis is on practical messaging, service design, and alignment-based strategy.
Explore the open/undefined Awareness Centers (Spleen, Ajna, Solar Plexus) and their profit potential through lived experience, perception, and wisdom. You’ll study the Money Lines tied to these centers and how their themes translate into meaningful offerings and resonant communication. The goal is to turn awareness into value without forcing, proving, or copying others.
Focus on the Heart (Ego) and Sacral as profit themes, including how energy and money exchange through these Motors. You’ll learn how to sell and position offers through open/undefined Motors and how to recognize what’s sustainable for you. This week clarifies where “willpower” belongs, where it doesn’t, and how that impacts business decisions.
Complete the Profit Centers work with the G and Throat: identity, direction, role, communication, and manifestation as material themes. You’ll explore the Money Lines in these centers and how they inform marketing, messaging, and client attraction. You’ll also tie together all nine Centers into a practical lens for aligning your career goals with your mechanics.
Week Ten is a live Group Mastermind to integrate everything we’ve covered and reconnect it to your vision for work and business. You’ll share insights from the course, ask Laveena questions about your design, and explore practical next steps with the support of the group.
