Our website, Ra.TV, uses third-party services to enhance and support our platform's functionality. These services include:
Mighty Networks: We utilize Mighty Networks to host Human Design Mastery’s video catalog as well community groups
ActiveCampaign: We use ActiveCampaign as our contact management software. When you make a purchase or sign up for a subscription, your contact information and purchase details are sent to ActiveCampaign to manage our communications with you.
Please note that these third-party service providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies that govern the use of their services. By using our Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party services as well.

14. Return Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing within one day of purchase (or before class access has been given, whichever is first).
A 20% or $250 administrative processing fee (whichever is greater) is required.
